Message	I sent them an email with the same pics I posted and received a reply questioning me of their authenticity, they claimed they were stock with no adjustment holes and hollow. I sent them pics of the adjustment points along with a copy of the invoice. They then said they cannot replace the part for free but did say for $197.08 I can have a new set. I'm not surprised in the least but wish I had a direct email address for Steve Millen himself. If I put my name on a product I would stand behind it. Good people drink good beer.
